Nestled in the charming streets of Graz, just a stone's throw from the bustling city center at Neutorgasse 7, Caramello Caffe is a delightful cafe that captures the essence of Italian pastry culture. With a rich menu brimming with artisanal creations, every visit here feels like a mini-escape to Italy.

As you step inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere envelops you, making it feel like a home away from home. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the air, inviting you to sit back and unwind. The staff, as many delighted patrons have noted, are friendly and welcoming, creating a space where everyone feels appreciated and valued.

The culinary star of Caramello Caffe is undoubtedly their Italian pastries. Reviews from customers rave about the pasticcini, which are expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. From the moment you take your first bite, the quality is evident; it's like they are kissed by the Italian tradition of pasticceria mignon. The cornetti—a light, flaky pastry—are particularly noteworthy; reviewers have described them as being perfectly balanced, neither too sweet nor overly buttery, with fillings that transport you straight to the heart of Italy. One customer enthusiastically proclaimed that their cornetto was filled with a ''nuanced vanilla cream with a lemon aftertaste''—a true testament to the cafe's dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

In addition to their delicious pastries, you’ll find an array of exquisite cakes made from high-quality ingredients, all beautifully customized to suit various tastes. Customers like Liqaa Hamid acknowledge that each cake is a masterpiece that showcases the talent behind the counter. No wonder that many consider Caramello to be a breath of fresh air in Graz.

For coffee lovers, the cappuccino at Caramello Caffe is an experience not to be missed. As one patron expressed, it’s lauded as the best in Graz, crafted with care and served with a touch of Italian soul. While a few customers mentioned the size of the takeaway cappuccino might be on the smaller side, it's worth savoring every sip to enjoy the blend of rich, robust coffee flavors.

The cafe's ambiance, paired with its exceptional offerings, invites you to linger a little longer over your meal. Whether you're meeting a friend for an afternoon coffee or treating yourself to a pastry, Caramello Caffe delivers a delectable experience that keeps locals and visitors alike coming back for more. As Matilde Castello beautifully summarized, it's an ''overall amazing experience'' that feels like home—thanks to the kind-hearted staff, including the owner, Eva, who adds a personal touch to your visit.

So, the next time you find yourself in Graz, take a moment to stop by Caramello Caffe. Indulge in their exquisite pastries and exceptional coffee, and leave with not just a satisfied palate, but a heart warmed by genuine hospitality.

Lovely cafe, however, the take away cappuccino was a bit too small and the pistachio cream lacked strong pistachio flavour but it depends on one's taste buds what you prefer. Service was very friendly.

Delicious small Italian pastry created with passion. In addition each piece is so beautiful.

Caramel is a breath of fresh air in Graz . With an Italian soul and incredible good taste . All STAFF is very professional from the service to the service without forgetting the quality . Congratulations on the concept and a ton of success for the future !!!

Caffè Caramello feels like a home, away from home. Not only the coffee is incredible - they have the best *Italian* cappuccino in the entirety of Graz- the “pasticcini” are fantastic, done exactly as the Italian tradition of the “pasticceria mignon” says. Their cornetti are simply the best in the whole of Graz: they’re not too sweet, or full of butter, and when you bite into one of the filled ones, you are happily rewarded with a generous amount of filling - I tried them all, from the apricot jam, to the strawberry one, from the classic vanilla cream, to their amazing pistacchio one. Plus, they’re always freshly baked! Last Saturday I was lucky enough to see the staff prepare their chocolate-dough ones, and the smell inside the caffè was incredible! The staff is always kind, and ready to explain to the costumer the different kinds of pasticcini, or the vast variety of cookies and salty snacks that they make in the shop. All in all, Caramello Caffè is the best Italian caffè in Graz, and you’ll always feel that warmth that comes from feeling at home. 10/10, I would definitely recommend it!

The staff are friendly and it is a nice spot for beautifully customized cakes made with great quality.

I got a cornetto for takeaway and I am truly astonished! The quality was manifested in every single bite. The cornetto was heavy of delicious and nuanced vanilla cream with lemon aftertaste. It was a real artisanal product made on spot with love. Prices are high but same as in the famous local bakery chains. However at Caramello they get you handmade masterpieces instead of industrial products. It is definitely the best pastry I had in Graz <3

Just an overall amazing experience. It felt like home, the girls are so polite and friendly expecially the owner Eva.

Super nice staff! Coffee is really good. Cakes are also delicious! Italians are good at this!
